LMJ & Associates, LLC, is a veteran, minority owned project and construction management company with more than 70 combined years of public and private sector experience on both civilian and military infrastructure and human resources initiatives in the United States and abroad. We are highly qualified professionals with decades of engineering, financial, and budgeting expertise that we have successfully applied to commuter rail, highway, and airport infrastructure projects as well as human capital management for federal and state government agencies, the U.S. military, and private firms.
