Valley Line Light Rail Project
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
$1.8B Public-Private Partnership (P3) between the City of Edmonton and a global consortium; completion of the Valley Line will result in a 13km light-rail commuter system connecting Mill Woods and downtown Edmonton. Managed a team of 600+ professionals, including engineers, procurement specialists, construction craftsmen, and construction management support personnel. Partnered with stakeholders from Bechtel Canada, Ellis Don, Bombardier, and Fengate Capital, along with internal staff, executive management team, vendors, and subcontractor employees.
Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project
Washington DC Metro Area, USA
$2.06B lump-sum, design-build contract with the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA) for completion of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project, a 23-mile extension of Washington, D.C. Metrorail system. Managed a team of 1800+ project professionals, including engineers, procurement specialists, construction craftsmen, and construction management support personnel. Partnered with stakeholders from the MWAA, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), and the Virginia Department of General Services.
The United States Marine Corps Projects
San Diego County, California, USA
Extended troop deployments and planning and coordinating of ground operations. Led troop deployments in Asia, the Middle East, and South America; became the youngest Operations Officer for planning and coordinating an 800-person Marine Combat Engineer Battalion. Served as the Aide-de-Camp to the Commanding General of the 1st Marine Division during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Selected to teach combat engineering at Marine Corps University to newly commissioned lieutenants.
